I had a very negative experience with both Josh and his father Shelby Silverman. Their customer service was a horrid attitude of arrogance. Me and my fiancé bought two vehicles from them. An '05 Ford explorer and '07 Mazda S3. We dealt with Josh throughout the buying process but as soon as we started to have problems I found out his dad actually sold me the Ford so I would have to talk to one about one car and the other about the other car and they were never in the office at the same time. Their way of giving us the run around and not dealing with the problems. After purchasing the Ford I left it in their care for 2 weeks to fix the tire pressure sensors. Two weeks it took them to get them fixed and the day I got the car back they weren't fixed and the warning light came on. I had the Mazda taken to a mechanic the day we bought it and took a list of repairs that needed to be done to Josh and he said as soon as the Ford was done they would fix the Mazda seeing as we needed two vehicles. When we got the Ford back we took the Mazda in and they gave us a loaner (ford Taurus). At this time we told them the Ford tire sensors were still not fixed and took them a list of other repairs that needed to be done to the Ford. In the contract and a point Josh kept expressing is we had 15 days or 500 miles to return the cars and have them fix what was wrong or return them. Now we took them the repair list of both cars totaling $6,000.00 to fix. We gave them two chances with each vehicle to fix the problems they kept the cars both times for over two weeks before they gave them back still unfixed. Finally the gas is leaking into the back seat of the Mazda and it is a recalled vehicle and they temporarily fixed the power steering in the Ford that went out on me after the first time they had the vehicle to fix. They flat out lied to us about what was replaced in the vehicles before purchase and either are to stupid to know what is going on with their vehicles or don't care. Either way they have put my family in danger and financial upset. They now refuse to talk to us at all when we enter the office. Josh so much as stated to me "get the $#*! out of my office" in front of my daughter while I was asking him what he planned to do with the Mazda he sold. It has been a horrifying experience one I was wanting so desperately to avoid when buying a vehicle. BUYER BEWARE!
