I have not use BB&B too many times, but they have always been easy to work with when I do. They even took an expired coupon once for me.

How anyone has a good Walmart experience is beyond me. If I order for in-store pickup, something always goes awry. Usually, they simply don't have the item in stock as they say they do online. This last time I put in an order for same-day pickup, I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. The clerk told me it would be soon, so I shopped for a bit while I waited (defeats the purpose of online pickups!). Came back to find it still wasn't there. The guy who fills the orders didn't even see that it had been ordered on his end, even though they were able to look up the order number. It changed from saying on their website "same day pickup" to an email being sent that it wouldn't be ready for the next day. I cancelled the order and grabbed the item myself so I could leave. I would have just used Amazon, but I needed a thermometer that day because my daughter was running a high fever and our other one broke.

I use Amazon for just about every item I need that isn't perishable. Their customer service cannot be beat. They have a massive selection with good pricing and EASY and free returns. Every single transaction I have ever had with them (66 purchases over the last 6 months if that gives you an idea of how many) has been extremely pleasant. You'd think with as often as we shop here that something bad would have come up by now, but it hasn't. <3 Amazon!

Do not waste your money here. I was initially very excited thinking I was getting a great deal on some cute clothing for my daughter. One of the rompers (Item no. *******) I got (A size bigger than my daughter is) is WAY too small AND is not easy to operate for a 4 year old. It has buttons in the back and no elasticity or slack to pull down to use the restroom. Gymboree wanted $7 to ship it back to get a "refund" on a romper that cost $8.79. I could "go to the store" to return it, but the nearest Gymboree to me is a 35 minute drive there and another 35 back, not including the hassle of being at a mall. An hour and 10 minute drive isn't worth the "refund" either. No other large company operates this way. It's not my fault that their sizing is off and their design is horrendously flawed. I am not normally one to complain, but I am not happy about this and will not be shopping at Gymboree again.
