I received a ring for Valentines Day from my boyfriend ordered from Jewlr.ca. It came in the wrong size and I emailed customer service regarding my options. They replied promptly and prepaid the shipping label for my box to return to their facility. The process was very quick and simple, as well as the shipping process and time.

I am very happy with my ring and the engraving. The free necklace gift looks beautiful, the chain is not the best quality however it was a freebie.

I would repurchase and recommend this online retailer, this would have received 5 stars if the order I received the first time was correct.
