They messed up on my order. Was delivered twice to wrong address. They knew and kept refunding skip credits to reorder. Because of that they are now saying if anything goes wrong with an order I can never get a refund again? Nothing but trouble with this company. Managers are supposed to call you back. Never do. Customer service continues to say "I understand your frustration" but never follow through! Theu dont understand!
