I have placed several orders with swap.com with only one piece being damaged which they gave me a refund with no hassles. Their customer service is what I would expect and their ordering process is simple. I also love their referral bonuses:-) who wouldn't like free money for sharing their site.
Zulily has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I love everything I have received and their prices are great.
