So as well all know the holidays just passed, so of course i was shopping for my 3 teenage step daughters, came across some cool items on Rosegal, ordered them on 12/16, paid additional for expedite shipment (to receive before x-mas) no only did i not receive them before Christmas, but i am still waiting for additional items from that order. Today is Jan. 4th and still nothing. Have sent SEVERAL tickets for support on the items and all they do is blame the shipping company for the delay. There is a contact number, but no one ever answers and returns your call and most of the time the number doesn't even ring! They don't even have the decency to refund me the additional money i paid for the expedited shipping that i didn't receive in time. First and LAST time ill ever order from here... its not worth the back and forth with their "customer service" and whats even worse, is they just cant say "sorry, we screwed up, here's the refund for the extra shipping cost". They just keep going back and forth with you and you get nowhere. Put in another ticket today (4th one), lets see what excuse they have this time! Lesson learned, will never buy or recommend Rosegal to ANYONE, EVER!
As an update 1/18/15, I finally received the additional items I was waiting for. One sweater had a lot of string and stitching hanging on it, which I was afraid to cut off because I didn't want any of the seams to open or rip. Customer service seemed more willing to address the issue after I posted negative on this site about my issues. They did agree to refund me $8.00USD for the inconvenience I was caused. After going back and forth with them for weeks I realized the $8 refund was all I was going to get so I accepted it. I do wish things would have gone differently because I do like a lot of their stuff however, the hustle and back and forth is still not worth it to me. On the flip side, it was nice of them to at least offer me something back for my time.
