I purchased a bundle kit from LCL Beauty that came with a hydraulic table we have had the equipment for just a little over a month. We just started seeing clients and have had the table flip over twice with two different clients. We have tried re positioning the base and it didn't help. Customer service stated its outside the return policy and they wont exchange for another table. They are saying its user error and wanted to know if we have video of our clients falling or if we stay in the room why they get undressed this is a spa. Working in the customer service industry this is not how you treat customers. I'm not asking for money back and i spent a lot of money with them I'm not complaining about other equipment but there is something wrong with this table and they should replace it. They stated that this has never happened but that doesn't mean it can't happen i have even found other post with people having the same problem.
