Do not order from this company if you are expecting it to arrive in a timely manner. I ordered a Christmas gift for a little girl whose dad is deployed over the holidays and, not only did the item ship 5 days AFTER it was supposed to arrive, it won't arrive until 11 days AFTER it was supposed to arrivewhich is after Christmas. The item was ordered on 12/3/2018 and it won't arrive until 12/26/2018. Customer service didn't offer any help, just "we're sorry." I would recommend using Shutterfly or another reputable company. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
