In order to be a big roller on Swagbucks, you need to be putting money out. I don't want to buy pointless and useless things just to earn swagbucks. I do what I can to slowly build up points but its very slow since surveys are a complete waste of time and so is watching the videos.

We have never had a problem with Amazon. Whenever an order gets meshed up, they are quick to fix it. Our go to place for just about everything.

As if Costco isn't awesome enough already, now you can return things without receipts because they have your account to look up everything on. If only other companies were this on top of things.

We registered here and at target and highly recommend them to others getting married. We had gifts with no receipts that we had no idea where they came from but wanted to return them. Bed bath returned these items for store credit. We had store credit for like three years. We would buy something, try it out and learn we hated it and return it no problem for more store credit.

I have ordered and received items from China through other websites without problems. They take maybe a month max and the shipping was free. I ordered one item the middle of November thinking I would have plenty of time to get it by Christmas to use a gift. Well it's February now and still no package and they want to give me a partial refund. Um no. That is not acceptable. To be a successful company with good outcomes with customers, it is there responsibility to recover money for lost packages from the shipping company. My husband ordered items but his order was cancelled and refunded but with no explanation. We will never suggest this company to anyone we know.

Edit: After writing this review - they refunded me fully but I will still never recommend them because a customer should not have to resort to negative reviews just to get what is rightly theirs.
