I ordered a book December 31 and it was instock. By January 19 it still hadn't shipped so I called customer service and was told it was in stock in another warehouse and so a message was sent to ship it. January 25 still not shipped and called back only to be told it is still sitting in the warehouse. If I hadn't called, there was no effort by Indigo to get the book shipped. Even with calling it is still sitting there and no real or clear answer as to why it hasn't shipped. This very poor online experience is what drives shoppers to Amazon. Shame on you Indigo for what is beyond $#*!ty online service!
