“Crooks that cant measure”

Purchased a dress and gave all my measurements but the dress is over 8 inches too long and all they say is get it fixed locally - for one, i haven't got the money and for two, it is lace effects around bottom so would lose all this - that's why i gave specific measurement that you said you could do! Disgusting
