Terrible company. Everything is made cheaply, the shipping takes 14-25 days to arrive and there's no customer service whatsoever. The only contact info they have on their site is text/email and they never reply the first time. I have purchased 4 items and every item was awful quality and I totally regret.

Also I read they take 25% from the sellers on top of the required 40-50% markdown so I doubt the sellers are very happy with the platform either. I have no idea how this site is still in business. Sounds like they are crooks honestly.

I was skeptical because I couldn't find very many reviews - I found out its because its a fairly new store. They had a lot of items that looked exactly like free people's stuff but more than HALF the cost. I ordered their 'Freya' shoes ($69) that are dupes of the free people 'royale' boot ($198) and they are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! The shipping was free and I got 15% off on top of that! I'm so happy with this site and will definitely be buying alot more because their prices are so much better than other sites with the exact same stuff!
