Where do I start! I conversed with Adam re a MMS product. Considering this company is located in Australia you'd think they would ship within it. They don't apparently. At the start Adam said he would help me out and ship to my address however when I started asking questions re the contact number on their website and the one included in the emails he was sending me, he wouldn't answer my questions as to why it was disconnected and then after notifying him of that it immediately had a new number put up. I called that new number many times and even left a voicemail but got no return call but only an email. I emailed him stating I was getting tired of back and forth emails so asked him to call me. He replied "we do not do phone conversations regarding the product" and "I suggest you purchase from another supplier - we do not typically ship this product domestically anyways." And this one beforehand; " we do NOT take orders via the website." This to me does not make sense as they have products on their website to purchase! Also the link he kept sending me for MMS has a processing page that doesn't ship to Australia. There were too many question marks to want to purchase anything from this company. It was just a headache dealing with Adam over a week!
