Purchased a swimsuit on Feb. 28th 2017 still don't have it on March 14th, past when they promised. Won't actually respond with an answer and don't care. Horrible horrible customer service!

Once the order is placed on Wanelo, the store handles shipment. Our customer service typically replies within 24-48 hours, and it is highly unusual to not receive a reply within this time frame.
