First of all, I used this website by mistake. I meant to use the website for the actual hotel, but being sick, I messed that up. So that's on me. But to what these website did...
I put in my dates, hotel, everything I needed to get reservations. I saw one low price, and clicked on it to reserve my hotel room for September 28th to the 30th. After I had entered all my information, including credit card number, I clicked reserve, just to be told to try again because this price was gone. So I clicked back, thinking it would keep everything the same. Apparently, when I went back, they changed the dates on me, to Oct. 5th to the 7th. Again, I should have made sure everything was correct, but based on other websites, I've never had one change my dates on me. I checked out, only to find they charged a 14.95 booking fee that was never mentioned before, but decided to ignore that. I figured my husband would get a confirmation email with all the details, but it never arrived for him.
So my husband gets to the hotel tonight to check in, only to learn about the error in dates. Here's where it gets really frustrating. The hotel's computer says that it was booked through Expedia. So he calls them, just to be told that it was booked through Orbitz. Finally, they track down that it was actually booked through Reservations.com. Once he was finally transferred there, he got disconnected. They called him back twenty minutes later, and he finds out that the caller is actually from India.
The woman he talked to was extremely rude, and kept interrupting him while he was trying to explain what happened, eventually telling him that she had told him to wait a minute (when he was the one trying to talk first in the first place.) Then told him that it isn't her fault that he booked the wrong dates (when it was their website that changed them in the first place), but she could see what she could do if he gave her the confirmation number that was sent in the email. BUT HE NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL! And, there was no confirmation number given to me when I booked through them in the first place. So, there was nothing they could do.

Luckily, the hotel my husband was trying to stay at was able to switch the reservation on their end. But seriously people. Avoid this website and their $#*!ty customer service.
