My first and last time ordering from Zaful. I spent $95 on 5 bathing suits, and was eligible for free standard shipping. The website clearly outlines that the package will arrive in 12-25 business days to Canada. I ordered my suits and received a shipping confirmation email on May 26th... guess who doesn't have her package yet? The tracking website says my package can't be located. The best part of this story is that they won't help you for TWO MONTHS. No compensation for the inconvenience, and no refund when I asked to cancel my order since it's so late. I honestly feel like I've been scammed.
