I ordered flowers for a friend the day before her birthday. The website says same day delivery but it is outright false advertising.Not only could they not deliver the specific bouquet I ordered they said the delivery had to be by Fedex and take 8 days! I had to cancel the order and ordered from elsewhere. Waiting for my refund!

Took my money and confirmed the order. The order never got delivered and my money never got returned
