I am one of the lucky ones. I managed to get a refund after three weeks of constant back and forth correspondence via their ticketing system. I am lucky because I paid through PayPal. I CANNOT stress to you enough how important that is because I used that as leverage to get an outcome with them.

The facts of the case are that I ordered 10 beautiful items from their website for a grand total of $183.78. Most were dresses and I was very excited about it. I watched several youtube videos talking about the quality of the clothes, expectation vs reality, etc and decided it was an acceptable risk. Boy was I wrong!

When the package came I hurriedly opened it to reveal that they had sent me the wrong items. Not one item in the bag was even a close approximation of what I ordered. Most of the items were leggings, cut slit tops, two bathing suit tops, etc. I promptly tried to call them only to be told that this type of request had to be submitted via email. Glad I double checked that fact. I submitted two tickets, one via email and one online. The ONLY one that got any sort of response was the ticketing system submission.

I explained the issue, and uploaded a picture showing all of the items in their packaging with their QR codes. Something about the idea of opening them alarmed me because I figured they might try and deny my refund if I opened them. I then commenced in a multi-part verbal tennis match where they clearly didn't understand the issue and kept asking me what the issue was, what did I order, etc. Finally, I managed to convey the issue and they demanded pictures of each item, in detail, with the packaging codes, and a comparison of how they were different than the website. I spent an hour and a half carefully unpacking, snapping pictures, then PHOTOSHOPPING the pictures together with a screenshot of the closest item of my order. A caveat to this. Each attachment (pic) you send them has to be under 10 mb. In addition, each submission can only have three attachments. I therefore had to downsize any items over 10 mb, and had to do 4 upload messages to be sure they had all of the pictures. I told them I uploaded everything and said I wanted a response by a particular date. I wanted to know if they wanted everything back or what.

The customer service agent responded about an hour later and said that they were sorry for the trouble and told me I could keep the items. They offered me three solutions: 1- Send me my original order free of charge. 2- A $179.20 refund to my original payment method. 3- A store credit refund of $179.20 plus points.

With my faith in this company completely shattered I opted for option 2, the refund to PayPal. I was happy enough with the outcome. Sure, I had no use for the items and would likely donate them but at least I was going to get most of my money back... NOPE! The next day I was informed that management denied my refund and they wanted all of the items sent back to them. I had to ask them 3 times where to ship the items to and finally had to threaten them telling them I was going to open a PayPal dispute if they didn't tell me immediately.

So, to make it "easy" on me they told me to ship it to California. I did that and it cost me approximately $28.00 to do it. I sent all of the items, the original package, the original packing slip, and a PDF of my ticket correspondence. I sent everything to them. Then I uploaded a picture of the package with the label and tracking info to the ticket.

They replied with this "Dear Alyshia, Thank you for contacting us. We have received your information, please wait a bit, within 1-3 weeks and once the package has been received we will offer you the solution that has been planned. We look forward to hearing from you and thank you for your understanding." Um... no. I would not be waiting up to 3 weeks. I watched the tracking info on it and told them when it arrived and they said my refund was under review. I just saw that I got the refund in PayPal. Effectively I got a refund for $151.20 which is 82% of what I paid. This was a terrible experience and I want everyone to know it. Thank goodness I read all of the fine print and know how to photoshop pictures together or else I would still be arguing back and forth with them. I'm so disgusted. I hope that this review helps anyone else out there to get their money back. I would upload all of my photos but this site only allows 5 mb uploads and I'm not downsizing any more photos. Also, to those people who can't get the refund because they didn't pay through PayPal just open a dispute with your credit card company. Easier to deal with it that way and at least you will get all of your money back.
