If it was possible, I would give a business negative 10 stars! DO NOT under any circumstance use this business ever! They have prices listed on their website, and when I say that thats where the prices started, I figured it couldn't be that ridiculously priced. No mention of price was ever said on the phone, when the locksmith arrived, only was I told AFTER the work was done, which only took 10 minutes. Granted, I am young and never needed a locksmith before, but they completely took advantage of me and charged me $250.00 for a mailbox lock replacement! Also, they have the WORST customer service and do not care if you ever use them again. I'm so angry by how I was treated I'm going out of my way so everyone knows what a horrible company this is.
