I ordered a set of Taz (Tasmanian Devil) stickers (two sheets of four, same image on both sets) on 7/25/17 and they're still in the creation process as of 8/9/17. I called numerous times and emailed them and first I was told they're having problems with the production facility because the machine was broken. For two weeks? The next reason I heard was their production facility was behind because of the amount of orders they had to fulfill. I told them if that's the case and the machine is broken or they're that behind then don't accept new orders for stickers.
They did expedite the shipping and gave me a refund, even though I didn't ask for either, so I appreciate that. When they refunded my money I had a feeling my order was never going out.
I still want the stickers.
