I placed a small order on Dec. 19th and it was suppose to be delivered by Jan. 2nd. I still have not received it. Since they use USPS, you can expect slowwwww deliveries, but this package just got stuck in the system. When I emailed OS, they said it might be a week for a response. A week? I contacted USPS & they opened a case. I probably will receive the order today. I was going to order something else from OS but then thought better. I'll stick with Amazon & keep my sanity. Eighteen days and counting. OS will be bankrupt within a year if they keep this pace up.
Since my package was shipped back to Orlando, for no reason, I told their Love people I was refusing delivery. I then notified my credit card and disputed the charge. I was told by USPS that the package was shipped by the slowest and cheapest rate possible. USPS can deliver it when they feel like it. I won't no part of Open Sky any more.

If the tracking information shows that the item has been picked up by the post office and has not moved since, then the shipment is most likely being delayed by the shipping carrier.
