Currently waiting for a key pickup. System freezes and nothing happens. Tried for 15 minutes. Called customer service and they said there entire company is having server problems. Website not working and machines not working. The entire keycafe service is currently down for >1hour. The cannot remotely reset the machine. Keys are stuck in the machine

I am very dissatisfied with all prior "customer service" or lack thereof before my interaction...
We are sorry you experienced an issue with picking up your keys. We experienced a very rare global system outage due to a cellular network issue out of our control. We were able to get the system back online very quickly. This is not the usual experience and we hope you will try us again to see why more than 2 million hosts and guests have chosen Keycafe to share their keys.
