They give you a "trial" then they don't acknowledge your cancellation. So they just keep charging. I've been trying to cancel since December with no success. They don't answer phones and they make it impossible for you to contact them. STAY AWAY unless you like their service.

If you did not receive this confirmation email from us -- then the subscription cancellation was not completed successfully.
