The room advertised looked fine but I was appalled at what I discovered upon arrival. I walked up a flight of stairs to a dingy hotel with a terrible smelling lobby. The attendant asked for my credit card and I was afraid to hand it to him. I asked to see the room. He showed me a windowless room with a mattress that filled nearly the entire room. No sheets on the bed. The paint was chipped all along the floor and it appeared to be moldy. I refused to stay there and asked to cancel. The attendant said I would need to call a separate office to process my refund. I called LastMinuteTravel to process my cancellation. They said they just needed to confirm with the hotel that I did not stay there. Apparently, they were unable to reach anyone. This hotel is for homeless people, drug addicts, or the most desperate backpackers. I did not feel safe here nor did the location feel the least bit hygienic. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The whole thing felt like a scam.
