I ordered a bcbgeneration jacket in a x- small, when I received the jacket it was a medium wrapped in a x-small packaging. When I contacted customer service I was told too bad if I wanted I could get a refund but they had run out of the jacket in an x-small. I told them it was not my fault they gave me the wrong jacket. I still haven t heard back from them. Apparently it is still being investigated.

If possible, we will always try to replace the jacket for you, otherwise if we have sent through the wrong sized jacket we will arrange the refund back via your original method of payment.
