I would give them zero stars if that was an option. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and they will charge you for everything possible. They over charged me and made up excuses not to fix it. The worst place I have ever ordered books from and I will make sure neither I nor anyone I know ever makes the mistake of ordering from them again
