I would give zero stars, if posssible. I purchased a "split ender" on Christmas Day. I knew it was a replica, which was why it was so inexpensive. I received the item much later than expected, but not a huge deal. Now I expect the item to be in some sort of box, however the item was wrapped in bubble wrap. The charger for the item looked like it was for something else as it was white and the product is red and black. I go to take the handle off (which is the battery) and the bottom of the item breaks off. I email the company VERY upset and. I am asked to send pictures. Once the pictures were sent I was simply told I wouldn't get a return shipping label. No apology, no reason, so return explanation. After hounding the company for days about my refund (the received the item but did not send the refund for days later) they had deducted a 20% restocking fee - even though the website says 10%- and return shipping.

I don't think it's acceptable to charge someone for shipping and restocking for a defective item. Their customer service was quite rude and didn't offer any other options, or even to fix and send back to me. Oh well. Lesson learned. If you can't google a company, don't buy from them.
