Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. My elderly mother (with a cane) was barely in the store when the woman working there started BARKING at her to get her mask on better. She didn't say hello or anything else. She went directly into confrontational barking at an elderly woman. We had an appointment but the lady didn't seem to care if it was us or not. Instead of helping us she just followed us around to do 'mask control'. She'd answer a question here or there but 99% of what came out of her mouth was barking all her covid rules at us. Put your mask on. Sanitize your hands. Don't touch anything without putting this sheet down. Don't let the sheet touch the floor. To kick it all off, they expect you to take the sheet home with you and YOU have to dispose of it. Someone needs a lesson on how to do sales and customer service. I understand that some people are REALLY PARANOID about covid but it's too much when you start barking at the customers before they even get in the door.

Also, they are not truthful about their pricing. They have signs all over showing the 'online' price and 'their' price. For the bed my mother was looking at the lady quoted us about $3900. We went home and bought the EXACT SAME set up for $1,000.00 LESS directly online.

Tip for consumers:
Check the online price BEFORE you buy a bed from Sleep Sherpa. We got ours for $1000 LESS by buying right of the manufacturer's website.
