I took out a one year deal. It kept crashing. I tried all their suggestions and fixes with no success. Finally I asked for a refund which I have repeated a few times but I am just being ignored. Their customer service is rubbish. I wouldn't even give them one star if it was possible.

Take care, obviously a scam. You pay for a test period for 1 €, but I had no way to end the test...
