I placed an order 6 days ago, and was told two days ago that shipment was delayed because an item was on back-order, but that my order would be shipped no later than the following day. Not only did they fail to ship the order the following day, I was told today that the order still had not shipped. I asked to cancel the order, and then they told me that it may have shipped from the warehouse, but they could not be sure, and all that they could do was put in a "request to cancel." I asked how long it would take for them to obtain a response to their cancellation request, and they said 1 to 3 business days. Ridiculous!
