Ordered 8 xl shirts. PayPal would not work with their payment site but another credit card did. Later, after their lost order finally arrived, found out one xl didn't fit (too small).
BEAUTIFUL patterned Hawaiian type shirts, at reasonable prices (with discount)! Only after ordering, did we read a review, that the sizes could be too small. The Japanese Wave shirt was too small, but can't exchange, unless you spend $16 to $26 in return shipping, to China, for one shirt. Originally, Hardaddy notified us that the shipment was lost in the mail and we needed to cancel and reorder. Plus now, to reorder, one shirt was no longer available. We were in the several day process of emailing, back and forth, saying just resend the order, when we received the first order. (The company responded usually within one day.)
The shirts were gorgeous, light weight polyester and spandex (must wash in cold water & use cool air dryer setting or hanger dry).
Husband loves the seven xl shirts that did fit! Comfortable, cool and very attractive!
It could have gone very wrong, if more or most of the xl shirts didn't fit, because we didn't use their size charts. After emailing the company, they said to use a button, to go to a sizing page, for the measurements of each shirt, to find the size that would fit my xl husband. Lesson learned. Suggested the company notify makers of too small shirts, be notified to correct the size. (Other review sites have issues with Hardaddy 's lack of address on website & British iffy business address.)

As a general rule, indeed, we only allow exchanges and returns if a customer contacts us within 14 days of receiving their order. We have indicated this publicly on the “Our return policy” section of our website.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, which is why we allow customers to ask for replacement or refund in a certain amount of time. However, we hope you understand that each company has policies in place that help protect their business and keep it running.
