Before buying my BraZen Spirit 2.1 Bluetooth Surround gaming chair for my son I had no knowledge of gaming chairs. I called Boysstuff and talked to a very knowledgeable man who helped me to narrow down my choices. I had seen in numerous other reviews that BraZen is considered to be the best brand for gaming chairs. I wanted a pedestal chair. I then needed to understand about the different options for connectivity and the difference between having just a subwoofer and having a subwoofer and vibration motors, etc.

Wanted next day delivery and got next day delivery!

I have recently made a purchase of a gaming chair from another retailer but I visited my local Game store in London to seek advice.

Game sell gaming chairs on their website. I was particularly interested in purchasing a BraZen Gaming Chair since my research had indicated that these were the best chairs to buy.

Game stores are relatively small so I was not surprised to be advised that they held no stock locally. However, I was surprised by the total lack of any knowledge about the products they sell and the very dismissive reaction to my interest in buying a gaming chair. I was simply advised to go online.

Very unprofessional and rude.

In my opinion you judge a company by how it deals with things when they inevitably go wrong. Any half decent company has the majority of its transactions flow smoothly.

I have bought from Argos on many occasions previously and had no problems whatsoever.

My latest attempted purchase of a lawn mower was a very different process. Having taken my money I still hadn't received my purchase two weeks later. Trying to contact customer service and find someone prepared to take ownership of the problem. In the end I contacted my credit card company. My money was refunded.
