I bought a dress for my daughter's prom which cost £150. It does not fit and she did not like it. When I asked for a return it has been extremely painful and the company do not respond to the questions asked in the email and really unhelpful. They do not have a complaints procedure or part of a disputes Alternate Dispute Resolution Scheme (ADR). Basically I have been left with a dress and a daughter who dod not attend her prom.
