I ordered 19 different products. I was actually pleased with the product and turnaround time... except for one of the lucite blocks. It was simply missing from the order. I needed it for Christmas. I called (got cut off), I emailed (no reply) several times. I finanlly ordered a replacement from Shutterfly will be contacting the credit card company to STOP payment on the one product I did not receive. They are HORRENDOUS if something goes wrong.
