I tried Handy for 4 different services, 2 of which were actually completed (only 1 satisfactory), 1 of which was cancelled the day before it was supposed to happen, and 1 which no worker picked up after several days of waiting, and the icing on the cake was having trouble with the Ap. If you try to reschedule appointments that you tried to book earlier, the ap does not select the correct time. I tried to notify them about this to which they told me to just log out and back in. Hello, I tried that about 10x. At this point I decided to cancel. I contacted customer service to please waive my cancellation fee due to all the problems I had. I understand I agreed to service, however, they also have a "Happiness Guarantee" to which they did not satisfy at all. The customer service replies promptly, but they literally do not seem to give a F*** about making their customers happy. Bottom line, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
