My expensive shipment were lost with them since 3 months and they did not refund me until now

The response to the client is very very slow
The storage fee is very expensive
They do not care about customer satisfaction
They don't support PayPal
The shipping cost they have is expensive
My package cost me 50 dollars and weighs 5 pounds
But the shipping price with the storage fee is $ 193.55 and will increase 5 $ every days
