You can call me old-fashioned, but I believe a business should deliver when they promise something. These guys not only do not; they do not respond when you follow up. Complete silent treatment. BAD!

Tip for consumers:
Do not trust their after-sales-service; they did not respond to me after they were done.

2) There is not ticket history, so we never received any request from you.
