I am definitely not a fan. I purchased two deals, but after I purchased them I was unable to log into the website because I kept receiving error messages when I tried to go to the log in page (something I tried to do from five different PCs). I thought maybe the problem had to do with too much web traffic from the amazon.com deal, but that was not the case.
I called customer service today to tell them I was not able to get to the log-in page on the website. Whenever I clicked on the link that said 'login' I was given an error message. I could view the current days deal, the help pages, the how it works page, the press page, etc., but the site would not bring me to the log in page no matter what I tried. I tried for two days and finally decided I should call and see if there is a problem with the webpage.
The first solution I was given was to create a second account so that the CS representative could merge my two accounts. I'm not sure how that would have helped considering I was getting an error message and wasn't able to even try to enter my login information. The second solution I was given was to download a different browser, like Google Chrome (not something I'm interested in doing, nor should I have to in order to use a website that allowed me to enter my credit card information just days before).
I ended up asking for refunds on both of the deals I purchased which I was told they would do, although they could not give me any sort of confirmation number. And I also asked that my account be deleted (again, no actual confirmation was received, but the CS rep I spoke to said it was deleted).
Definitely will not be using this site again and do not recommend it. Use trusted sites like buywithme.com or groupon.com instead.
