A very confusing site with no easy way to make contact to verify my subscription has been cancelled. I thought I had cancelled, however I was charged on January 28,2018. So I am trying to verify that it has been cancelled before January 28,2019 but cannot find a place for confirming the cancellation. There is absolutely no contact number or email.
When I signed up, I wanted to use my loyalty card for Fry's, a Kroger store. However, there was not an option. I checked the box leaving a question as to how I could use my loyalty card. I never received a response. I also checked the box asking for a reminder 3 days before my payment was processed. I never received a notice 3 days before. This morning 8/26/18 there was a payment was processed and the money was withdrawn from my bank account. I won't do business with a company that does not respond to a request such as the boxes I had checked when I signed up.
I have been on Nextdoor almost since the beginning. I have periodically stopped the notifications finding most to be very redundant and frustrating to say the least. I like the concept; however, as with most public multi-group sites, there will always be the complainers, the defendants, the offenders, the Judges. Then came the business page... TOTALLY WORTHLESS AND EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.!
