I thought I would buy a phone from here last year as all reviews were so good- Admittedly i was could also save $200 but had i know all the time and stress it would have given me I would have never of purchased
I ordered in May and it said that the phone would come that week. Alas a few weeks later not here. I was chasing and chasing. Poor customer service. Finally got hold of them and they said my phone had been stolen. Long story short I had to wait just over 3 months for phone to arrive
Then when it did arrive. Plug wasn't Australian so I couldnt even charge it- very long winded to get htem to send me another charger. The screen protector they gave me was damaged. They gave me $5 refund but this was nothing interms that it was over covid i couldnt go to store to get another protector and now my screen is scratched a fair bit
Also they refused to give me my $70 refund- That was a rediculous postage fee when a) I dint even receive it and b) they should have credited it for all the time spent waitingwithout a working phone!
It tells you it comes with 1 year insurance and warrenty- that was also another appeal to buying a phone of a not so known website- this is a twist on the words as this is not true- this is just for post cover
I have realised through research that alot of these reviews have been done by fake accounts
I cannot recommend people enough to order elsewhere
Poor customer service and an awful consumer able experience
I shall be going to the ombudsman when I have time
