Macy's used to be my 'go to' place for grandkids kids clothes, gifts, my outfits, etc. I was there so often. But Macys has priced themselves out of my league. I laugh when I look at an exorbitant price for a short sleeve blouse, and everything else. Even the sales and special discounts don't lower the price near the one I get elsewhere for the very similar item. Sad, it was part of my growing up too, my grandma worked for Bamberger's. Amazon was great... Now... Amazon stinks... just try to contact them. Can't be bothered so they direct you in so many different directions. And I just wanted to report a scammer who has called me twice pretending to be Amazon... but Amazon probably doesn't give a damn anyway. Too busy collecting our money... the hell with any questions... it didn't used to be like this. They cared back in the day. Not my Amazon anymore... I even cancelled my prime.

At a time like this when a senior is restricted because of pandemic it would be such a great service... but when they inflate the cost it becomes extravagant for a senior on low SS. My $35 order adds up to $48. Don't mind tip and delivery. Then they add service fee and then finally they charged $60 with a little note I had to search for. Said I was charged $60 in error and it will be adjusted within 4 or 5 days... lousy way to do business... losing trust in Instacart... at a time like this... seniors like me are grateful for service but taking advantage is not good...
