After 11 weeks I finally received my leather couch. I had to call me bank to dispute charges because of the lengthy shipping time with no communication.
Once the couch was delivered the shippers assembled the couch. When they were gone I sat on the couch and the frame snapped causing the leg to bend. I can no longer sit on the couch. I immediately contacted overstock and they apologized and said that a shipping services would contact me soon to schedule a pick up.
Well yesterday I received an email stating that they determined the couch wasn't defective and that they would send me a part to fix. It's impossible to fix because the frame is cracked and secondly I didn't assemble it so why should I fix it? That is completely unacceptable! I requested a full refund the very first time I contacted them.
It has been a total hassle dealing with this company from the start of order till now.
To say that I'm pissed off and frustrated is an understatement especially since I have purchased another couch, which is being delivered next week. Since Overstock is dragging their feet to find someone to pick the damaged couch up, it looks like I will have two couched in my room.
