“Worst support”

This is the worst you could experience! First, they make you pay for the shipping in Pounds, although you must not pay for the shipping, then you will receive an EU adapter when you are living in Australia! Then you need to return the faulty product, and you pay for the shipping! The devices are not worth buying and it's a total rip!
