“No Tracking Info!”

Ordered a costume the 16th. The website DID NOT say when or how long the shipping will take. So how am i supposed to know if im wasting money on my Halloween costume? They handle packages in the US through UPS but UPS.com can't even find my tracking number. And to top it off the customer support line hung up on me. I thought this would be a good site to buy clothes off of, they have some cute stuff. NEVER AGAIN so disappointed...
