Seriously, sent in a bag that was STOCKED, I mean FILLED with clothes; I am talking 20+ sweaters, some jeans, 4 dresses, etc. I went through every piece thoroughly, making sure it was clean and no imperfections. I used the calculator on their site; they accepted all the brands I had, etc. I even had some NEW WITH TAGS. They just sent me an email saying they couldn't accept ANYTHING I had. I am absolutely FURIOUS.
