“Very smooth”

The pre-sale experience was very smooth - they answered all my questions. Speedwise, they are decent with responding most of the time in a speedy enough time, they were always polite and to me that goes a long way. There was sometime downtime here and there for a few minutes but overall nothing to complain about too much. It was fast and my users didn't have any complaints about the site on their servers and to me that is fine. If there was downtime, it was addressed quickly or explained the cause.
