On May 17th 2021 I have purchased two tickets to Lady Gaga concert and it got cancelled on June 6th.
I expected to get a refund but haven't received any and on June 30th I've submitted a refund request.
Ever since, I received excuses as replies to the ticket. What's even worse is that on each meaningless reply they closed the ticket as "Solved".
I kept reopening the ticket by adding comments until July 19th when they closed the ticket again, but this time they closed the comments as well so I can't reopen it.
DO NOT trust this site. They keep saying that they only act as sellers on behalf of the organizer, but this is irrelevant since they are the "merchant" that shows up on on my billing account and they should be the ones issuing the refund.
Tip for consumers:
Buy directly from the venue vendor. Ex: my concert was supposed to be held in Stade de France - I should have purchased tickets on their site instead of ticket master.
I'm waiting for unlock since september! No answer, no refund, no unlock.
Don't take my word for it, check it yourselves.
