Spent a full day testing a job and filling it out on the website to save time. Got to the end of the day and completed all certificates and when i came to save and download it did so without any test results! So i now have to spend another full day doing what i have already done. I also have had other issues with the website previous to this but nothing to this scale. The website is slow and poorly built, i have paid £80 for a years subscription and most likely will not use it again after this point. Complete waste of money!
