Not a single problem during the process and the product was right in time. They sent me an email with every detail of the transaction and I didn't need to interact with random people in order to get it.

How long does shipping take?
It takes 24 hours, but it's just to fulfill the LoL's policy of not allowing sending gifts between players unless you've been friends for more than 24 hours. The company explains this to you when buying there.
What is the return policy?
I didn't need to request for a refund, but I guess there wouldn't be a problem as both sides respect what's signed.
