I am disgusted with mercury insurance, my neighbor and I got into a fender small fender bender she cried wolf and said she aaa hurt and after I sent them proof of her posts on FB saying she wasnt they still questioned it, a year later I got hit from behind and because they are claiming I didnt yield its still under review I even have a picture of the car behind mine and because they claimed I didnt yield its still under review and now my insurance has gone up
Dont get mercury they will not have your back what so ever they rather pay someone off then deal with the investigation process I switched to AAA instead
